Rates:

• Two team members $70.00 per hour with a minimum of two hours + the cost of cleaning supplies

Entry/Foyer/Halls/Stairway:

• Dusting and cobweb removal
• Window sills wiped
• Handrail wiped
• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Living areas – Dining Room, Family and Living Room:

• Dusting and cobweb removal
• Ceiling fans cleaned
• Furniture wiped
• Window sills wiped
• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Kitchen:

• Dusting and cobweb removal
• Ceiling fans Cleaned
• Wipe down cabinet doors
• Clean inside kitchen cabinet doors (Up to 20 doors and drawers) Add + $7.00 for each additional cabinet and door front
• Clean range hood and stove top
• Clean backsplash
• Clean countertops
• Clean the sink
• Clean outside of other appliances
• Refrigerator – clean inside and outside
• Oven – Clean inside and outside – Top and front
• Dishwasher – run an empty load and clean outside
• Microwave or range hood – Clean inside and outside
• Window sills wiped
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
• Trash emptied

Bathrooms:

• Dusting and cobweb removal
• Clean wall tile
• Tub/shower floor cleaned
• Toilet cleaned
• Clean inside of cabinets
• Sink(s) cleaned
• Countertops(s) cleaned
• Cabinet doors wiped
• Backsplash and countertop cleaned
• Wipe down cabinet doors
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
• Trash emptied

Bedrooms:

• Dusting and cobweb removal
• Ceiling fans dusted
• Window sills wiped
• Furniture wiped down
• Picture frames wiped
• Mirrors wiped
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
• Trash emptied

Laundry Room:

• Sweep and mop
• Wipe appliances

Garage/Front Porch/Back Porch:

• Sweep

Additional Services:

Baseboards Wiped:

Cleaned with soap & water and hand wiped. Customer responsible for moving furniture three feet away from walls and places furniture back in respective position.

Windows Exterior: Requires an estimate
