- Two team members $70.00 with a minimum of two hours
Baseboards:
- Cleaned with soap & water and hand wiped. Customer responsible for moving furniture 3’ away from walls and places furniture back in respective position.
- Up to 1,500 Lf. $125
- 1,500 sf to 2,000 Lf. $155
- 2,000 sf to 2,500 Lf. $185
Interior Doors:
- Cleaned with soap & water and hand wiped.
- Plantation Shutter Closet Door $8
- Metal Closet Door $8
- Panel Door $7
Ceiling Fans + $12
- Wipe fan blades
- Wipe light fixture
Dishwasher:
- Empty Dishwasher + $10
- Load Dishwasher + $10
Interior Windows:
- Clean interior windows + $15 standard opening
- Living Room window + $20
- Sliding Glass Door per 6’ section + $20
Kitchen Cabinets – Up to 20 doors and drawers + $50:
- Wiping the top of cabinets
- Wiping the inside of cabinets and doors
Laundry:
- Wash, dry and fold – one (1) load + $20
Oven + $20:
- Clean interior
- Clean inside glass
Refrigerator + $20:
- Empty and wipe all shelves
- Empty drawers and clean bottom
- Dispose of all expired items
Sheets + $10:
- Change sheets and place in laundry room
Window Treatments:
- Metal Blinds 1” + $45 Each Window Section
- Wood Blinds 2” + $20 Each Window Section
- Plantation Shutters & Frame + $25 Each Window Section
