Our Rates

• Two team members $70.00 with a minimum of three hours

• Handrail wiped
• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Living areas – Dining Room, Family and Living Room

• Dusting and cobweb removal
• Furniture wiped
• Dining furniture and chairs
• Picture frames wiped
• Mirrors wiped
• Window sills wiped
• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Kitchen

• Dusting and cobweb removal
• Clean range hood and stove top
• Clean back splash
• Clean counter tops
• Clean the sink
• Clean outside of other appliances
• Window sills wiped
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
• Trash emptied

Bathrooms

• Dusting and cobweb removal
• Clean wall tile
• Tub/shower floor cleaned
• Toilet cleaned
• Sink(s) cleaned
• Counter tops(s) cleaned
• Cabinet doors wiped
• Backsplash and counter top cleaned
• Wipe down outside of cabinet door surfaces

Additional Services*

Baseboards 

• Cleaned with soap & water and hand wiped. Customer responsible for moving furniture three feet away from walls and places furniture back in respective position.
  • Up to 1,500 sf $125
  • 1,500 sf to 2,000 sf $155
  • 2,000 sf to 2,500 sf $185

Ceiling Fans each + $10

• Wipe fan blades
• Wipe light fixture

Dishwasher

• Empty Dishwasher + $10
• Load Dishwasher + $10

Interior Windows*

• Clean interior windows + $15 standard opening – up to 3’ x 5’
  • Living Room window + $20 – 9’ x 5’
• Sliding Glass Door per 6’ section + $20
• Please ask about your custom estimate base on your window measurements*

Kitchen Cabinets – Up to 20 doors and drawers + $50

• Wiping the top of cabinets
• Wiping the inside of cabinet doors

Laundry + $15

• Wash, dry and fold –  one (1) load

Oven + $20

• Clean interior
• Clean inside glass

Refrigerator + $20

• Empty and wipe all shelves
• Empty drawers and clean bottom
• Dispose of all expired items

Sheets + $10

• Change sheets and place in laundry room

Window Treatments

• Wood Blinds 2” + $20 Each Window Section
• Plantation Shutters + $25 Each Window Section
