• Painting Team Leader –

• Have at least 5 years of Painting experience, a minimum of ten (10) references with varying competencies or other experience with another major service provider related experience

• Painting Team Member –

• Have at least 1 year of Painting related experience, a minimum of ten (3) references with varying competencies or other experience with another major service provider related experience

• Painting Apprentice –

• Must have either one (1) year of Painting or other service related experience and a minimum of ten (3) references with varying competencies or other service related experience
• Willingness and desire to learn the following skills:

• Painting, stirring, pouring, various brands of paint products
• Areas to be covered – trim, walls, doors, etc.,
• Proper technique – Rolling, brushing, cutting, taping, patching, area protection, and daily site clean-up
• Equipment – Proper use, maintenance, and cleaning.

Safety Training Program –

• Team Leader facilitates daily Safety Meeting
• Team Leader interacts in all customer communication
• Daily Team safety meeting
• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Considerate work area practices

• Equipment, Tools, and supplies – Ladders, brushes, rollers, extensions, Caulking Gun, Paint Cloth’s, etc.,
